Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, diced and cooked
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 - 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 peppers (any color)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients (except peppers) together in bowl. Cut the top off of the peppers and clean them out. Steam them in microwave to soften. Stuff peppers and cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
