Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp miced onion
  • 1/4 tsp dillweed

Preparation

Step 1

Boil eggs and peel.Seperate the yolks from the whites and place them in seperate bowls. Chop the whites and set aside.Mash the yolks and add the remaining ingredients.Blend until smooth.Add the chopped egg whites and mix.
