Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 each eggs
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE oil and above and blend in a blender on high speed until bubbles form. Approximately 10 seconds. Fill preheated popover pan 1/2 to 3/4 full depending on how large you want your popovers to be.

BAKE at 425 for 20 minutes, reduce heat, bake additional 20 minutes at 350.
