Meatball Soup

This is one of my favorite soups, easy, tastey and my family keeps coming back for more.

Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 6 medium potatoes, cubed
• 6 each carrots, cut up
• 1 can tomato soup
• water
• spices to taste
• oil
• 1 each beef bouillon cube

Preparation

Step 1

MAKE meatballs with the hamburger. Use breadcrumbs if you choose. Brown the meatballs. Add all the rest of the ingredients except the tomato soup and bouillon. Boil the cube of bouillon in the tomato sauce in the microwave until it melts. Then add it to the soup. Simmer the soup until the potatoes and carrots are soft.
