Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 can hearts of palm (California Girl)
- Cilantro
- 1 tomato
- 1 small cabbage (chopped)
- Garlic (clove)
- equal amounts rice vinegar and olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Put garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in bowl and mix, then add everything else.
