Here is a powerfully anti-inflammatory smoothie that you can whip up in a jiffy if you’re feeling like you need some soothing.

- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup almond milk
