Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grease or line 24 small muffin cups.
In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together and then add milk, vanilla, eggs, and butter.
2. Gently fold in blueberries.
3. Pour into prepared muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
