Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped mixed fresh seafood, such as crab lobster
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese, chopped
- 1/2 cup slliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange the seafood over the bottom of the pie shell. Layer with the cheese and mushrooms. Combine the eggs, half-and-half, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat until blended. Pour over the prepared layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield 6 to 8 servings
