Pecan Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup dark or light corn syrup
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and eggs; beat well. Stir in Pecans and Vanilla: mix well. Spray rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray...or use parchment paper, that has been sprayed with Pam. Set the filo shells on the cookie sheet. Fill Each with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the pecan filling. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the filling is bubbly and just set. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool on wire racks.
