Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 teasp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups club soda
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp. wesson oil
Preparation
Step 1
Beat flour into maeat, add 2 Tbsp. soda at a time. Beat until fluffy. Beat in egg, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Heat butter and oil until boiling and form into balls and fry.
