Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a pan. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well. Shape a rounded teaspoons of the coconut mixture into balls. Make indentations in ball with thumbs. Fill with melted chocolate.
