Pineapple Whip

  • 1 Fresh Pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped (Or 7 cups frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Step 1

1. Freeze pineapple chunks if using fresh pineapple.

2. Combine frozen pineapple with almond milk and honey, blend until a frozen sorbet texture is achieved.

3. Serve immediately.

4. Any leftovers can be frozen in an ice cube tray and used in smoothies later.
