Ingredients
- 4 medium Russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch julienne strips
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp dried minced chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes well and pat dry. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives, salt, garlic powder and pepper; toss to coat.
Arrange in a single layer on two 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pans coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
