Ingredients
- 4 SERVINGS
- • 4 boneless quail for an appetizer or
- • 8 boneless quail as main course
- • 1 lemon
- • Garlic, minced
- • Olive oil
- • Fresh Rosemary & thyme
- • Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat grill or broiler
2. Rub quail on both sides with lemon, olive oil and garlic
3. Season with rosemary, thyme, salt & pepper
4. Cook for 2 minutes per side over flame
5. Move away from flame, cover and cook for 3 minutes
6. Serve with grilled vegetables (marinated with the same seasonings) and couscous
