S’mores Oreo Icebox Cake

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
- 1 - 8 ounce container Cool Whip
- 32 Chocolate Creme Golden Oreos
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 full size chocolate Hershey bars, chopped
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallow bits
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the cream cheese. Add the marshmallow cream and beat again until creamy. Use a spatula to push the mixture off the sides of the bowl. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Dip 16 cookies into the milk and place on the bottom of an 8x8 square pan. Spread half the cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, milk, and cheesecake. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Cut into 12 squares and top with chocolate chunks and marshmallow bits. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Yield: 12 pieces of cake
