Ingredients

    5.3 oz container of Yulu Honey Yogurt- or any yogurt (see note)

  • 3 1/2

    TBSPs all purpose flour

  • 1

    TBSP granulated sugar

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 1

    egg

  • 1/4

    tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat a skillet over medium low heat. Stir the yogurt well and pour into a medium sized bowl. Add in the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined. In a smaller bowl whisk together the egg and vanilla extract. Pour the egg mixture into the yogurt-flour mixture and stir until just combined. Spray the skillet with cooking spray. Pour 2 tbsp of batter at a time onto the skillet. When bubbles begin to appear on the top of the pancake, flip it over and cook for another minute. Serve while warm. Notes: I've made these with vanilla, honey, raspberry, and blueberry yogurt. All of them were great. Just make sure with the fruit based yogurts to fully stir in the fruit to the yogurt before making the batter.
