    cup panko bread crumbs

    cup grated Parmesan (2 ounces)

  • kosher salt and black pepper

    pounds beefsteak tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick

Directions

1.Heat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl, toss together the panko, Parmesan, oil, oregano, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. 2.Place the tomatoes in a baking dish, overlapping them slightly. Sprinkle with the panko mixture and bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
