Ingredients
- Sole Fillet fish
- 1/4 lb crab meat
- 1/2 tblsp lemon juice
- 2 tblsp chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tblsp flour
- 2 tblsp butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crab & mushrooms; then place on top of sole fillet. Roll fish & secure with a toothpick
Combine butter, flour, lemon, garlic, onion & wine; then pour over fish
Bake at 350 for 25 min.
