Ingredients

  • Sole Fillet fish

  • 1/4

    lb crab meat

  • 1/2

    tblsp lemon juice

  • 2

    tblsp chopped green onions

  • 1/4

    cup white wine

  • 1-2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 6

    mushrooms, chopped

  • 1

    tblsp flour

  • 2

    tblsp butter, melted

Directions

Mix crab & mushrooms; then place on top of sole fillet. Roll fish & secure with a toothpick Combine butter, flour, lemon, garlic, onion & wine; then pour over fish Bake at 350 for 25 min.
