Orange Fluff

This recipe was given to me by a sweet older lady named Mary Jane. She is gone from this earth, but she's one of those people "who sticks in your heart"

Ingredients

• 500 gram container of small curd cottage cheese
• 1 large tub of cool whip
• 1 large box of orange Jello
• 19 oz pineapple tidbits (drained)
• 1 tin mandarin oranges (drained)
• Some chopped nuts to taste (pecans or walnuts)

Preparation

Step 1

Mash cottage cheese, add jello and mix well. Add the unfrozen cool whip & mix. Add fruit & some chopped nuts pecans or walnuts. Mix: Cool in fridge
