Ingredients
- 4 oz uncooked whole wheat penne
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
- 3 cups chopped chicken breast
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp reduced fat crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
2. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a nonstick skillet over med. heat; add garlic and cook 1 min. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; simmer 6 min or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
3. Combine tomato mixture and pasta; top with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
