CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 chicken breasts, stewed, deboned and chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and put in casserole dish. Crumble 3 packages of Ritz crackers. Pour 2 sticks of margarine over crackers and stir. Put buttered crackers on top of chicken. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly at 350deg.
