CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 chicken, cut up and salted
  • 1 package dried onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 3/4 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Place rice in bottom of pan. Place chicken on top of rice. Put onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and rice. Cook in a 350deg oven until chicken is tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
