  • 2 pounds smoked ham ground
  • 1 pound fresh ground pork
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 pinch sage
  • Garlic cloves to taste


Servings 8


Step 1

Mix all ingredients except garlic and place in greased loaf pan. Slice garlic and place on top of shaped loaf. Place loaf pan in another pan half-filled with water.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Let cool in pan and refrigerate. Slice when cold but serve warmed or browned slightly in skillet.

This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
