Step 1

Brown 1 pound ground beef and onions together. Add 1 cup rice and 1 can tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Add grated cheese in mixture. While filling peppers, put grated cheese on top. Will stuff 4 or 5 peppers. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375deg.
