Ingredients
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 2 cans (16 oz. each) whole beets, drained

Step 1
Mix sugar and flour; stir in water and vinegar. Place beets in Crock-Pot. Pour sugar-vinegar mixture over beets and stir to coat well. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.
