Italian Sausage Pasta Bake

1-6oz. serving = 2oz. meat/meat alt. 1/2 Bread and 1/4 cup vegetable

Ingredients

• 5 # Italian sausage
• 2 # Tomato Paste (1/3 of a #10 can)
• 1 can Bernard Kwik-Dish Mostaccioli
• 1 Gal Boiling Water
• Shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place 5# ital. sausage in 4" steamtable pan add 1/3 can tomato paste and mix. Add mostaccoili and water and mix well. I cook in steamer for 1 hr. or you can cover tightly w/foil and bake for 35 min. Top pan w/shredded cheese and bake for an additional 10 min. Place in steamtable and serve.
