Ingredients
- 5 # Italian sausage
- 2 # Tomato Paste (1/3 of a #10 can)
- 1 can Bernard Kwik-Dish Mostaccioli
- 1 Gal Boiling Water
- Shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place 5# ital. sausage in 4" steamtable pan add 1/3 can tomato paste and mix. Add mostaccoili and water and mix well. I cook in steamer for 1 hr. or you can cover tightly w/foil and bake for 35 min. Top pan w/shredded cheese and bake for an additional 10 min. Place in steamtable and serve.
