Baked Halibut with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 halibut steaks or 2 lbs. halibut fillets
- 1 T. chopped fresh dill or 2 t. dry dill
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- butter
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. half and half or heavy cream or light cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Lightly grease 11x7 baking dish.
2. Place halibut in one layer, close together.
3. Sprinkle with chopped onion, dill, salt and pepper and dot with butter.
4. Cover with cream.
5. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
