Ingredients

  • SYRUP:
  • 2 pounds ground ham
  • 2 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Step 1

Mix together all syrup ingredients; set aside.

Mix ham, pork, eggs, milk and cornflakes well and form into a loaf. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste often with syrup.
