Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 3/4 C Mayo
• 3/4 C Sour Cream
• 1/4 C + 2 TBS jarred grated horseradish and juice
• 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

mix together mayo, sour cream, horseradish,zest, and 2 tsp salt. Season generously with pepper to taste. Refrigerate sauce for at least 30 min before serving.
