Yogurt Curry Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 # boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix yogurt, garlic and spices in zip loc bag.
-Marinade chicken for 4-6 hours.
- Grill or cook in Tandoori pot.
-Serve with rice.
