Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 1 Quart Milk
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Cooking Sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shrimp in boiling water. Peel and remove skins, then place in a food processor and chop fine. In a double boiler, over medium heat, combine milk, butter, flour, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice; mix thoroughly, then add shrimp and cooking sherry. Cook until thoroughly heated.
