Ingredients
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 2 pkg (boxes)or one bag frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 C Evaporated Milk
- 1 C Minute Rice
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Servings 6
Preparation
Step 1
Saute chopped onions in skillet until tender.
Add milk, soup and cheese, stir till melted and well blended.
Add rice & Broccoli and blend
Pour in to a 9x13" baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes or until brown around the edges.
