Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 16-ounce package (about 2 cups) frozen cheese-filled tortellini or one 9-ounce package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large saucepan cook pasta according to package directions, except omit any salt and oil.
2. While pasta is cooking, add cold oils and garlic to a small saucepan. Gently heat to infuse the oil with garlic, being careful not to let the garlic brown or burn.
3. Drain pasta well and toss with oil, fresh herbs & parmesean cheese.
