Ingredients
- 32 oz. Pkg. Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 Eggs, well beaten
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. Onions, minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Crushed Cheese Cracker Crumbs
- 1 (4 oz.) Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam broccoli until tender and drain well. In a separate bowl, mix soup, cheese, onion, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings with broccoli and pour into a 13" x 9" buttered casserole. Dot with butter, then top with finely crushed cheese crackers. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. This may be refrigerated a day ahead but arrange topping just before baking. Yield: 10-12 servings.
