Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Pkg. Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. Onions, minced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Crushed Cheese Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 (4 oz.) Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam broccoli until tender and drain well. In a separate bowl, mix soup, cheese, onion, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings with broccoli and pour into a 13" x 9" buttered casserole. Dot with butter, then top with finely crushed cheese crackers. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. This may be refrigerated a day ahead but arrange topping just before baking. Yield: 10-12 servings.
