Negroni

This is a classic Italian cocktail.

Ingredients

• Campari
• Gin
• Sweet vermouth
• Splash of orange juice
• Lots of ice

Preparation

Step 1

Stir equal parts Campari, gin and vermouth in an ice-filled rocks glass. Add a splash of orange juice if you wish. (Strain to serve if you wish.)

Garnish with orange peel.
