  • 12 OZ PENNE PASTA
  • 3 TBLS. OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TEASPOON FRESH GARLIC
  • 1 CAN 14,5 OZ DICED TOMATOES
  • 1 1/2 TSP OF DRY BASIL
  • 12 OZ OF COOKED CHICKEN
  • 1 1/2 CUPS OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

COOK AND DRAIN PASTA, HEAT OLIVE OIL ADD GARLIC COOK 1 MIN. ADD TOMATOES AND BASIL, COOK 2 MINS. ADD CHICKEN SIMMER FOR 5 MINS. TOSS WITH PASTA AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE. SEASON TO TASTE.
