Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in 1 tablespoon sour millk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups of peeled, chopped apples
- TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs, beating after each addition. Add the sour milk, flour, salt, and vanilla and mix until well combined. Stir in chopped apples.
Combine all topping ingredients and crumble on top of bread. Bake at 325 for one hour.
