Ingredients
- 1 lb chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 20 oz chocolate almond bark, melted
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine chopped cookies and cream cheese to form dough. Roll into small balls about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Using a fork, dip balls into melted chocolate. Set balls on wax paper and chill 1 hour or until set.
Variations: use mint sandwich cookies
