Ingredients
- 1 C. pancake mix
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C. creamy peanut butter
- 1 can (5oz) evaporated milk
- 1/3 C. water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat griddle to 325 degrees. In large bowl, mix pancake mix and sugar. In medium bowl, beat egg and peanut butter; mix in milk and water. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter by ¼ C. onto griddle.
