Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 2 TO 3 CANS GREEN BEANS DRAINED
- 1 TO 2 CANS YELLOW WAX BEANS DRAINED
- 1 LARGE CAN KIDNEY BEANS DRAINED AND RINSED
- 1 CAN GREEN LIMA BEANS DRAINED AND RINSED
- 1 GREEN PAPPER CHOPPED
- 1 ONION CHOPPED
- 1 CUP VINEGAR
- 1/2 CUP SALAD OIL
- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON MUSTARD SEED
- 1 TEASPOON CELERY SEED
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
Preparation
Step 1
MIX BY HAND IN LARGE BOWL ALL BEANS, PEPPERS AND ONION.
BOIL INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING FOR MINUTES.
POUR OVER BEANS AND STIR.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT TO MELD FLAVORS.
KEEPS WELL IN REFIGERATOR
