Ingredients
- 2 cups milk kefir
- 3/4 cup frozen cherries
- 4 TBSP honey, maple syrup or a sprinkle of stevia (use more or less according to desired sweetness)
- 1/3 cup of soy free chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients (except for a small handful of chocolate chips) in a high quality blender and blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and then chop remaining chocolate chips into tiny pieces and sprinkle on top of the smoothie. Enjoy!
