- 4 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
- 1 3/4 CUPS SHORTENING
- 2 TEASPOONS SALT
- 1 EGG
- 1 CUP WATER
Preparation
Step 1
MIX SHORTENING AND DRY INGREDIENTS.
BEAT IN EGG AND WATER
MOLD INTO 2 BALLS
ROLL OUT ON FLOURED SURFACE.
