  • 4 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
  • 1 3/4 CUPS SHORTENING
  • 2 TEASPOONS SALT
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 CUP WATER

Preparation

Step 1

MIX SHORTENING AND DRY INGREDIENTS.
BEAT IN EGG AND WATER

MOLD INTO 2 BALLS
ROLL OUT ON FLOURED SURFACE.
