Maple syrup and Dijon mustard glazed bacon

- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 tblsp grade A or B maple syrup
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 400. Lay bacon on foil in a baking sheet. Spray with non-stick. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Rotate baking sheet 180 degrees, cook for another 5 minutes.
Mix syrup and Dijon in a bowl. Bush generously. Place back in oven for 1-2 more minutes.
