Blue Hawaiian Jello Shot

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) boiling water
  • 1 3-ounce (85g) box berry blue Jello gelatin
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) Malibu rum
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) blue curacao
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the shot cups. Make individual rows of 2-ounce plastic shot cups on a baking sheet.

Dissolve the gelatin into the boiling water in a large bowl. Add the pineapple juice as well.


Measure and pour the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. Thoroughly stir until well mixed. Allow the mixture to cool a little.

Carefully pour the Jello mixture into the shot cups


Chill in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to fully set and harden, for at least four hours or overnight.
