Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 TBSP. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wash potatoes, cut in half length-wise and cut each half into 4 spears. Cook in lightly salted boiling water for 3 minutes; drain.
Toss with olive oil, paprika, and salt. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees until done.
