Fig & Nut Tartlets

These fig and stilton tartlets are a delicious match: the strawberry and floral notes of the wine enhance the figs’ sweetness, while the stilton provides the perfect pungent kick. Around the holidays, I keep all these ingredients on hand so I can assemble the tartlets for last-minute guests.
