Ingredients
- zucchini
- yellow squash
- baby carrots
- miniature peppers
- red potatoes
- red onions
- red potatoes
- sweet potato
- mini ears of corn
- Marinade;
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 onion red onion,finely chopped
- 1 TBS chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic,finely minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the ingred. for the marinade in a bowl or pulse in a food processor. Marinate the vegetables for at least an hour. Poke holes in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Place veg.in the pan on the grill over indirect heat for 20 min until cooked through.
