Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 each yellow, red, orange bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 can corn with peppers
- 1 can diced green ortega chilis
- 1 small can black beans
- 1/4 c sugar - I would use less so it is less sweet
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 1/4 c olive oil
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop vegetables in small pieces. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Serve with tortilla chips.
