Strawberry & Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 banana
• 1.5 cups sliced strawberries
• 4 Tbls heavy cream
• 2 packs truvia
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

slice the banana and put in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet, place sliced berries too and freeze overnight
place bananas & berries into a food processor and blend until the texture of soft serve, scraping down sides as needed.
add heavy cream, vanilla & Truvia and continue to blend until mixed. Place in a container & refreeze, scoop out with an icecream scooper and enjoy.
